We just purchased our first home with Noel and he was amazing to work with. He was extremely flexible, knew what we wanted, and was incredibly patient with us as we toured MANY houses waiting for the right one to come on the market. He and his assistant answered all of our many questions as first time home buyers. He is very familiar with the southeast Idaho regions and neighborhoods, and was the perfect person to work with to purchase a house in a historic neighborhood. Very knowledgeable about what it would take for specific home renovations(as he has managed many in the area and subsequently sold them), great connections with lenders and best contractors, and familiar with any type of scenarios that will come up during the home purchasing process. He made everything run smoothly for us, including negotiating great things for us as buyers during the purchasing process. He cares about his clients getting the absolute best when they are buying their homes. Noel was the perfect realtor to work with, especially as buyers who went into the process knowing absolutely nothing.
