In talking to the SEI Public Health, concerning a Septic system, that may not be the case. Mike Reas recommends that a Speculative Site Evaluation be done by buyer during the inspection time period. Cost is $300 which is credited to the buyer when the permit is issued. It will entail having a couple of 8' holes dug, so a backhoe would be necessary. After talking to Mike Reas, I believe that the property will only support 1 septic system.
